Whats the weird noises going on all around the world some say its coming from the sky some say its harp what do use think?

This is really weird if they can fade out that moon maybe they do it with everything they don't want us to see up there. Well somethings going on people are seeing stars in wrong places and all sorts of weird shit if you have seen any of this let us know.
